The supply-chain risk recipe shows how to keep domain-specific semantics outside Tessera core while still using Tessera for validation, execution, review, and materialization.

Reusable Pattern

  • Normalize suppliers, SKUs, lanes, materials, ports, and regions into domain-owned schemas.
  • Collect source signals through declared capabilities.
  • Preserve provenance, severity, confidence, and source-quality fields.
  • Aggregate signals into risk registers or disruption packets.
  • Pause for review before materializing executive-facing outputs.

Boundary

Tessera should not gain supply-chain-specific contract types, routes, or UI behavior unless a later release promotes a truly generic primitive. The package owns source parsing, scoring, prompts, fixtures, and templates.
